REGISTRATION, Hall outside Coronet A - Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport

There will be a registration packet available for each state team or individual contestant in the lobby at 8:00 a.m.  It is necessary for only a coach or chaperone to pick up the registration packet for his or her respective state.  The packet contains name badges, admission badges to the Fair and Exposition Center, and other information.  Someone will be at the conference registration table until 1:00 p.m. to hand out registration materials to states that arrive late that morning.

9:30 - 11:00 amPOULTRY CAREERS OPPORTUNITIES WORKSHOP, Crown Plaza Louisville Airport (Coronet A)

TOUR 1 - Louisville area

This tour is for people who do not want to participate in the Poultry Career Opportunities Workshop. Those people wanting to go on this tour should eat lunch prior to boarding the buses outside the hotel lobby entrance. The buses will leave at 11:15 a.m. and will return to the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport at about 3:15-3:30 p.m. It will include a visit to the Kentucky Derby Museum and Louisville Slugger Bat Factory.  There is a limit of 88 people and once that limit is reached, the remaining people will be put in Tour 2.  The same applies for the other two tours. All three tours are the same.

TOUR 2 - Louisville area

This tour is for people who attend the Poultry Career Opportunities Workshop. Those wanting to go on this tour should eat lunch prior to boarding the buses outside the hotel lobby entrance. The buses will leave at noon and will return to the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport at about 4:00-4:15 pm.  It will include a visit to the same places as TOUR 1

This tour is for people who attend the Poultry Career Opportunities Workshop. Those wanting to go on this tour should eat lunch prior to boarding the buses outside the hotel lobby entrance. The buses will leave at 1:00 p.m. and will return to the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport at about 5:00-5:15 pm.  It will include a visit to the same places as TOUR 1 and TOUR 2.
